How you lead you in your life everyday is, without a doubt, the most important thing you have to do everyday.  The cost of you not leading you each day with PRESENCE, POWER AND PASSION is too high. Too high for all concerned.

Not only is it going to cost you, it’s going to cost all those people in your life that you say you love.
They get to pay the price of you not leading yourself with COURAGE and VISION each day.

Your life, a series of days, is built one day at a time.
Each day, a series of hundreds of choices, is built one choice at a time.
At the end of the each day you either pass or fail.  There is no ‘neutral!
This is your life we’re talking about.

In our workshops,we define Personal Leadership this way:

Taking Total Responsibility to use all that I am,
and all that I am becoming,
to act on my own behalf,
individually and in collaboration with others,
to create the life
and the relationships
I say I want to have.

So…how’d you do today? Yesterday?

Well, you’re in luck.  Because tomorrow as soon as you open your eyes, the clock starts running again.  It resets to ‘O’ every night.
And tomorrow night, when you swing your feet into bed, and the day is done, you’ll come face to face once more with

DID I CREATE MY LIFE TODAY, YES OR NO?

Remember, no whinging or whining.. and certainly no waffling!
